#### Processing Time
All orders are processed within **2–3 business days** (excluding weekends and public holidays) before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

#### Shipping Zones & Rates
We offer shipping to most countries worldwide, with the following options:

- **United States & European Union (EU)**
  - **Free Standard Shipping**: On all orders over **$50 USD** (delivery: 7–14 business days)
  - **Standard Shipping**: $8 USD flat rate for orders under $50 USD (delivery: 7–14 business days)
  - **Express Shipping**: $15 USD flat rate (delivery: 3–7 business days)

- **Canada, United Kingdom, Australia**
  - **Standard Shipping**: $12 USD flat rate (delivery: 10–18 business days)
  - **Express Shipping**: $20 USD flat rate (delivery: 5–10 business days)

- **Rest of World**
  - **Standard Shipping**: $15–$25 USD flat rate (delivery: 14–25 business days, exact rate calculated at checkout)

#### Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email (xuraneco@gmail.com). You can use this number to monitor your delivery status on our website or the carrier’s site.

#### International Orders
For orders outside the US & EU:
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.

#### Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at xuraneco@gmail.com **within 24 hours** of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.

#### Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at xuraneco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund within 7 business days.
