Return & Refund Policy

Contact us at xuraneco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending an item back; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate replacement or refund.

Unless the return is caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and local charges are not refundable.

Custom or personalized products, made-to-order or pre-order items after production has begun, used personal-care items, gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary.
