Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Xuran Eco. We stand behind the quality of our 100% compostable tableware.
 
- Eligibility: We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable: For hygiene and environmental sustainability reasons, we do not accept returns of unused, unopened, or custom-made products.
- How to Request a Return:
1. Contact us at xuraneco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged item.
2. Our support team will review your claim and issue an approval.
3. Ship the item back to us at the customer's expense (unless the error is our fault).
- Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Replacement: Instead of a refund, we may offer a free replacement at our discretion.
